Edna Kernin (79) of Waukegan sadly departed on May 28th 2023. Caring mother of Kevin Kernin(Angel Dillenburg) Marie Muntz(Robert), and Misty Patton. Devoted grandmother of Troy, Travis, Kevin and Jesica. Grateful great grandmother of Jori and Zendaya. Born in Antigo, Wisconsin on October 10th 1943, Edna Catherine Maltiz grew up with her siblings Herb, Doris, Jeanie, Donald, Benjamin, Robert and Michael in Pearson Wisconsin. After a career in Environmental Services she retired from Deerfield, IL school district in 2018.

Graveside Service and Burial for Edna Kernin and her husband Eric Kernin will be at Pearson Cemetery in Ainsworth Wisconsin, Saturday June 10th at 11:00 am
