William "Bill" Carl Poll

William "Bill" Carl Poll, Army Veteran, 79, of Lake in the Hills, passed away on November 19, 2024. Devoted husband to Diane Marie Poll (née Messman) for 56 loving years. Adored father of Michael (JoLynn) Poll, Christine (Christopher) Rausch, Kelly (Jeffrey) Groe, Kenneth (Sharon Swan) Poll. Cherished grandfather of Dawn (Brett) Rogers, Stephen (Jackie) Teschner, Caitlin (Clayton Prell) Rausch, Caroline Rausch, Casandra Rausch, Lauren Poll, Ella Poll, Alexander Groe and great grandfather of Andrew & Eliana Rogers, Colton and Jayden Teschner. Beloved brother of Susan (Ken) Schultz, Donald (Pat) Poll, Sandra Ewing. Bill is preceded in death with his parents William Seemann, Dorothy & Stanley Poll. Bill was an avid sports fan, especially the Chicago Bears. He coached his kids in softball, football & wrestling. He loved watching the grandkids in their activities. He could often be found in his office working on his ancestry.

A Celebration of Life Open House will be held Friday November 29th, 2024 3pm-5pm at Labahn-Hain House, 149 Hilltop Dr, Lake in the Hills, IL 60156.
