William D.J. Forsythe

William "Bill" Forsythe, 64, of Arlington Heights, formerly of Wood Dale, Illinois passed away on May 18, 2022.

Beloved husband for 29 years of the late Patricia (nee Cerek). Cherished son of the late William O. and the late Joan Forsythe. Nephew of Robert and Richard Stan. Dear brother of Paul (Tracey) Forsythe, the late Susan Forsythe and Sally (John) Levy, nee Forsythe. Loving Uncle of Jessica Susan Levy and Sarah Christine Levy.

Bill was a longtime employee of Wallace Computer Services and an avid Chicago White Sox fan. He was a wonderful husband, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed building model cars, playing Scrabble with friends, and doting on his nieces. Bill will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services will be held on Thursday, June 2 from 11:00am – 12:00pm in the Chapel at Ridgewood Memorial Park located at 9900 North Milwaukee Avenue in Des Plaines, IL 60016
