Theresa Hubbard, 69, of Brainerd and formerly of Chatham, after a long illness passed away May 14, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Clyde. Loving mother of Talitha (Anselm) Holman, Daniel (Nicole) Holston, Junichia (Arminn) Johnson, Shanika (Brandon Williams) Hubbard, and David Powell. Dearest Nana of Jonathan Murray, Autum Johnson, Kaleb Hubbard, Dylan Williams, Arminn Jr., Hailey, Zoe, and Kaius. Great grandmother of Jaleel and Nevaeh. Cherished sister of Willie (Lynn) Miller and the late Sarah Ann (the late Donald) Flanagan and the late Lawrence (Karen) Miller. Fond aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Longtime health care agent with various agencies, community activist CAPS, healthcare, job fairs, and IDES. Active employment ministry at Lighthouse Church of All Nations. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, May 25th from 9:00 -10:00 am, memorial services from 10:00 -11:00 am, and a repast from 11:00 am -1:00 pm at Lighthouse Church of All Nations located at 4501 W. 127th St. in Alsip, Illinois.
