Tai Lam

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tai Trac Lam, who left this world on July 26, 2024, at the age of 68. Tai was born on April 4, 1956 in Quy Nhon, Vietnam.  He immigrated and settled in Chicago in 2005.

Tai Trac Lam was a beloved family member and friend known for his generous heart and remarkable resilience. His career in business was marked by dedication and passion.

Loving son of the late Hong Lam and Thi Thien Tran.  He is preceded in death by his beloved brother, Hy Lam.  He is survived by his daughter, Phuong Lam and six siblings, Helen Lam, Chung Sang Lam, Thuc Chan Lam, Thanhngoc Lam, Loi Lam, and Corinna Lam, who will cherish his memory. Tai's warmth, compassion, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A celebration of Tai's life will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024, 9:30am at Rosehill Cemetery, where friends and family will gather to share memories and pay their respects. 

Tai Lam's presence in our lives was a gift, and his memory will continue to inspire and guide us. He will be missed dearly.  May he rest in peace.
