Steven Wayne Given

Steven Wayne Given, of St. Charles, Illinois, formerly of Glen Ellyn, Illinois was born on May 12, 1973 and passed away on September 24, 2024. He will be deeply missed by his loving family including his spouse, Jennifer Given; his daughters, Sydney and Chesney; his parents, Marilyn and Ken Given; his sisters, Amy Trussell (Mike) and Laura Meyers (Radley); and his brothers, David Given (Renee) and Charlie Given (Becca). He is also survived by two aunts, Carolyn Tickner and Caryn Nolen, many cousins, including Tracy Nolen, with whom he was also a lifelong buddy, 12 nieces and nephews, along with many very special extended family members including Mary Ann Hoder and Brent Braski, and blessed with great friends including Tom Onorato, and Tom Straza, as well as his beloved dog, River. 

Steve was known for his infectious laughter and his ability to brighten any room with his light-hearted jokes. He graduated from Glenbard West High School and Elmhurst College. A true foodie, he enjoyed trying new restaurants and loved all things chocolate. He enjoyed watching movies and the Chicago Blackhawks & Texas Longhorn sports, and cherished spending quality time with his daughters and dog. His unwavering love for his family and friends left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

His family and loved ones gathered to share memories and celebrate his life on September 26, 2024.
