Scott George Kahoun, age 66 a beloved resident of Countryside, IL, passed away on December 14, 2024. Known for his generous nature, bigger than life personality, hilarious jokes and contagious laughter, Scott was a devoted husband to his wife of 11 years, Berenice Kahoun, and a loving father to their cherished daughter, Victoria Kahoun. Scott is survived by his uncle Robert and sister, Sandy. A professional poker player, Scott’s skill with numbers and strategic mind earned him respect in the poker community. He also found immense joy in fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his family. Family was the most important thing to him, specially his "two girls" that he loved dearly. A true Chicago sports enthusiast, Scott passionately supported the Blackhawks, Cubs, and Chicago Bears, often cheering them on with family and friends. His love for the game extended beyond the stands. He was a very athletic person and played many sports in his younger years and through adulthood. Is during those years that he formed close relationships with guys that would become his friends for life. Scott’s legacy of love, laughter, and dedication to his passions will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He will forever live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
