Rosemary L. "Rose" Marrie

Rosemary L. "Rose" Marrie, age 56, of Chicago, Illinois and formerly of Merrillville, Indiana, passed away after a decades long illness on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. Rose is survived by her beloved companion of seventeen years, Don Turek, loving sister Rhonda and brother Robert, cherished nephew Theodore Craig and nieces Joelene Craig and Katerina Vasquez. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Linda, and her dearest cats Fuzzy and Angel. Rosemary graduated from Merrillville High School in 1982 and went on to attend Purdue University. During her career, she owned and operated a temp agency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that blood donations be made in her honor to the American Red Cross. Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options of Schiller Park, Illinois.
