Philomena Gaspard

Philomena Lucille Gaspard, age 80, of Orland Park, Illinois, peacefully passed away the morning of January 24, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Michael G. Gaspard, loving mother of Craig A. Smith, Kimberly (Patrick) Robbins and Roxanne (Michael) Siemeck. Adored Grandmother of Amanda (Tom) Tonra, Cody (Christine) Siemeck, Dan (Harleigh) Robbins, Grace Robbins, Caitlyn Robbins, Faith (Alex) Miller and Hailey Robbins; Great-Grandmother of Luke and Cassidy Tonra.  Dear sister of William (Darlene) Kania and Frances (Jerry) Lucas. Beloved Aunt to Jeffrey (Bree) Kania, Katie Gerasimas and Kyle Lucas.

Philomena dedicated her life to helping others. She was a longtime clerical associate at Loyola Medical Center. Food was her love language, as she was the ultimate hostess and enjoyed cooking and baking for her friends and family. 

Memorial Mass to be held Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10 am CST at Our Lady of Consolation 8303 W. Taft in Merrillville, Indiana 46410
