Nicholas "Shef" Sheffer, 45, of Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood, formerly Staunton VA, passed away on July 14, 2024. Beloved husband of Joya Salustro. Adored father of Suna. Cherished son of Bobbie and the late Gary. Dear nephew to Peggy. Dear cousin of Brittney and Andrea. Fond friend to many. 

Shef was an artist, a chess assassin, and a fountain of knowledge and information. He will be missed every moment of every day.
