Michelle Hohmeier Ryan, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on April 27, 2024 leaving behind cherished memories of her bubbly and caring personality. Michelle was born on February 10, 1976, at Resurrection Hospital and lived in Chicago's Jefferson Park neighborhood. Throughout her life, Michelle attended St. Robert Bellarmine, Resurrection High School, and Wright College.

Michelle will be remembered for her warm and loving nature. She had a way of making everyone around her feel welcomed and appreciated. Her favorite memories included hanging out with family and friends, creating moments filled with laughter and joy.

She is survived by her father Phillip Hohmeier Sr, brother Phillip Hohmeier Jr (Jennifer), sister Samantha, nieces Sophia, Delilah, and Ashlin, nephew Dexter, and a wide circle of extended family members and friends. Michelle's presence in their lives will be deeply missed.

In honoring Michelle's life, let us celebrate the love and kindness she brought to those around her. May her spirit live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
