Mark Terrence Smith, aged 69, died peacefully on May 15, 2024. He was born on July 28, 1954, in Chicago, IL to Robert and Mary Florentine Smith. Mark grew up in Saint John Fisher Parish and graduated from Brother Rice High School in 1972. In 1979, Mark married Linda Andreano. Together they raised two children and welcomed three grandchildren. Though their marriage wasn’t permanent, Mark and Linda remained good friends, with Linda by his side through his final moments. Mark is survived by his children Mark, Lauren (Phil) Ryan, his sister, Kathleen (Stan) Strzelecki, and his brother, Kevin (Kathy).

A visitation will be held at Saint John Fisher Church on Saturday, June 1 starting at 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.

Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options in Schiller Park, Illinois.
