Dear grandmother of Sylwia (Krzysztof), Robert and Krystian. Visitation to be held Monday, September 28th from 3pm until 8pm at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy. Park Ridge, IL 60068. Mass to be held Tuesday, September 29th at 12:00 pm at St. Constance Church, 5843 W. Strong St. Chicago, IL 60630.
