Lorene Frances Losher

Lorene Frances Losher, 77, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2024, surrounded by her loving family and dear friends. Lorene was known for her strong work ethic, independent spirit, and graceful demeanor. She touched many lives as both a mentor and a teacher, and her contagious laughter and radiant smile will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Her beauty, both inside and out, leaves a lasting legacy.

Lorene worked as a longtime cosmetics manager for Nordstrom stores in the Chicagoland area, where she formed lasting relationships and shared her passion for beauty and elegance. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Lorene is survived by her beloved son, Daniel Milka, and daughter-in-law, Rose Milka; her cherished grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Sebastian, and Ava; and her faithful Maltese puppy, Lexi. She is also survived by her cousin Judy (Ron), nephews Michael and Darrel, and a close circle of treasured friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Bell; her uncles, Steve, Peter, and John; her aunts, June, Alice, Nettie (Reggie Sr.), Rose, and Anne; and her cousins, Carol, Joey, Reggie Jr., and Judy.
