Kathleen Jane Aldrete

Kathleen Aldrete, 64, of Chicago, Illinois passed July 10th 2023. Loving mother of Jakob Aldrete , Caring Mother-in-law to Karla forbes whom was like a daughter to her, Loving mee maw to Cookie her grand-fur-baby. Kathy loved to laugh, to play cards or dominoes with her, you knew you would lose as there is only ONE winner at “Kathys Casino” She looked forward to the summers spent in the mermaid pool basking in the sun and walking in the shallow end, she often made daily sacrifices just so she could give others more. Her generosity inclusiveness and kindness had no end. Kathy loved her close friends very much and we will remember her fondly as forevermore swimming at the mermaid pool. She will be missed But we will carry on her legacy of acceptance laughter and love; even though her light has dimmed ,everyone she touched with her love we are  forevermore illuminated. may she rest in eternal peace with her parents To watch over us. God bless her, she is now free.
