Joyce Zalas

Joyce Zalas, 79, of Oak Lawn, passed away on July 3rd, 2024 after a long illness. Joyce, born and raised in California, was married to her beloved husband, Leonard, for 45 years. She was a loving mother of Dennis Gronek, Lorie (Pablo Padilla) Gronek, Karen (Tim) Sieker, Anna (Matthew) Schmidt, Eric (Anna) Zalas, Russell Zalas, and Brandie (Nicholas Seminary) Zalas. Cherished Nana of 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Michael (Charlotte) Molina, Patricia Molina, Janice Stewart, Richard Stewart, David Stewart and the late Joseph and Gloria Molina. Joyce was a fond aunt, niece, cousin, and friend to many loved ones.

A celebration of her life will be planned for immediate family per her wishes at a later date/time.
