Joseph "Joey" A. Westbrook, 31, of Portage, Indiana, unexpectedly passed away April 18, 2024. Joey had an adventurous spirit and loved riding dirt bikes and solving puzzles. Joey's smile would light up a room. He will be deeply missed, and remains forever in our hearts.
Joey is survived by his loving father Roy (Tina) Westbrook and mother Melinda Williams; brothers Eddie Rusher and Matthew Rusher; sisters Hannah (Chance) Westbrook, Summer Williams, Brandi Williams, Carlee Williams and Alaina Westbrook; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
Joey was preceded in death by his grandmother Janice Manning and uncle Charles Manning.
A celebration of his life Joey's life will take place; date and time to be determined.
