Jordan Hansen

Jordan P. Hansen born February 23, 2002 in Springfield, Illinois to Kandace Hansen and Nikki Smith passed away December 1, 2024 while in hospice in Chicago, Illinois. Jordan died due to complications from a massive stroke in October, 2024. 

Jordan’s most recent home was in Champaign, Illinois where he graduated from Centennial High School in 2020. Jordan’s hobbies included cooking, reading, computer games, and old “B” horror films. 

Jordan is survived by his mother Kandace Jenkins, stepparent Van Jenkins and parent Nikki Smith. Jordan has one surviving grandmother Sandra Manter. He has aunts Kim Hansen, Kristi Cramer, and Shelley Martin. He also has many first and second counsins scattered throughout the country.

Jordan never married but was in a committed relationship with Blake Hansen. His extended family also included Blake’s mom Kathy Price both residing in Springfield, Illinois. 

Jordan will be cremated by Chicagoland Cremation Options. We will not be doing a traditional funeral service in 2024. There will be a celebration of life in 2025 with a date to be determined. 

Jordan brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew him and he will be missed.
