Johnny Fields, 51, of Hyde Park formerly of Chicagos near west side entered into eternal life June 20th 2023. Beloved father of Alexus Fields. Cherished grandad of Major Amis Fields, Micah Amari Lopez, and Myla A'mina Lopez. Dear brother of Patricia Fields, Paulette Fields, Angelica Fields, and Dorian Fields. Dearest uncle, cousin and friend to many.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday July 1st at Pickett Funeral Home, 5301 W. Madison Chicago, Il 60644 at 10am.
