Joan Marie Kolodziejek

Joan Kolodziejek (née Miarka, born Johanna Anna Valencik, December 1, 1931) has gone home to God on November 4, 2024, after 92 years of life. 

Joan was the dedicated wife of the late Ted Kolodziejek. Her family was her focus all her life, caring for and about them. Joan was a generous soul to those in her life, always willing to give whatever she had to help others. Joan was the loving mother of Linda (Mike) Boll, the late Brenda Kolodziejek and Janet Kolodziejek. She was the proud grandmother of Christopher (Candice) Hill, Bryce (Sarah) Hill, and Meaghan Green. Joan also enjoyed her five great-grandchildren, Carson, Ava, Faye, Amelia and River.

Joan was an avid reader, loved game shows, the White Sox and playing cards. She was steadfast in her love and respect for God. God has written in Joan’s book, well done My good and faithful servant.
