Frank Locklear

Locklear, Frank Garland, age 67, of Michigan, born January 11, 1956, passed away on November 19, 2023 in his residence in Chicago, IL. He is survived by his four children, Samantha Locklear, Serena (Tim) Beecroft, James Locklear, & Cassandra (Jason) Belyew and 6 grandchildren; siblings Lonnie Locklear, Anita Gail Palma, David Locklear; born to Grover Locklear and Elizabeth Jackson. 

 

He will be laid to rest at Lumbee Memorial Gardens, Lumberton, NC with his family.
