Euslio C. Santos, 68, of Waukegan, formerly of Eagle Pass TX and Villa Unión, Coahuila Mexico, passed away on June 10, 2024. Devoted husband to Elizabeth Santos Lozano for 43 years. Adored father of Cecilio Santos and Valeria Santos. Loved brother of Jamie (Edna) Hilario Santos and Patricia Santos (Victor Talavera). Cherished uncle and friend to many. Longtime Boller Construction Worker as a Local Union 152 Member. Euslio will be remembered for his love of the Dallas Cowboys and will be missed greatly by everyone who had the honor who knew him. Private Interment in Mexico.
