Eugene M. Kustra

Eugene M. Kustra, 73, of Des Plaines formerly of Chicago's Belmont Craigen and Ujazdy Poland, after a long illness passed at home surrounded by loved ones on January 3, 2025. Loving son to the late Michael (Janina) Kustra. Beloved  husband of Monika (Nee Zimmer) for 51 blessed years. Cherished father to Elizabeth (James Ford) Kustra and Michael (Colleen Corrigan) Kustra. Loving grandfather to Skylar Kustra and her dog Scooby. Adored brother to Teddy (Stella), Wesley (Ursula), Zig, John, Margaret (Josh) Johnsen, Alice (Kurt) Whitmer and the late Stanley (the late Cindy). Beloved uncle to many. Eugene was passionate about his job as a supervisor and machinist at Telco Machine and Manufacturing. In his free time he enjoyed spending time on his porch and watching endless sports “or something”.
