Edwin Alberty

Edwin Alberty, 62, of Bolingbrook originally of Brooklyn, NY passed away on February 13, 2025.

Cherished son of Fermin and Eloina. Loving father to Angelique Alberty., Edwin Alberty and Christian Alberty. Dear brother to Milagro Alberty Juarez  Edwin was predeceased by his siblings Robert, Fermin, Raymond and Zenaida. 

A proud Marine Corps engineer, Edwin later dedicated his career to Amtrak. He had a deep passion for building airplane models and was known for his incredible skills as a mechanic. He loved motorcycles and took great pride in his own car, which he cared for meticulously.

Beyond his career and hobbies, Edwin’s heart was with his family, including his beloved pets, one of whom, Finn the dog, he affectionately called his grandson and his cats Black, Sandy, Coconut, and Pineapple.

Edwin’s kindness, humor, and dedication to his loved ones will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
