Douglas Lee Harner

Douglas Lee Harner, 55, passed away on May 29, 2019. Doug was born in Eldora, Iowa on March 11, 1964 to Bill and the late Phyllis. After graduating from the University of Iowa, he moved to the Chicagoland area, where he has lived since. Doug had married Kathy and the former couple had two children; Alison and Alec. Fond brother of Traci (Paul) Chandler. Cherished uncle of Conner and Nicole. Doug was a loyal and avid Hawkeye fan, recording every football and basketball game possible. He enjoyed golf; sports in general, reading, and telling stories. Memorial services will he held at a later date and time. Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options of Schiller Park, Illinois.
