Donald Rideaux Sr.

Donald Rideaux Sr., passed away peacefully in his home on November 22, 2024. Born on July 26, 1953, in Chicago, IL. Donald enjoyed a fulfilling career as a baker at Wonder Bread.

As a husband, he cherished his life with Vera Rideaux, with whom he shared 36 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a loving family that blossomed under Donald's nurturing spirit. He is survived by his children: Keith, Karen(Luscius) Wolfe, Kenneth(Jonnie) Dean, Kerry Dean, Kim(John) Henley, Kitt Godwin, Donald Rideaux Jr(Joneé)., and Victoria Rideaux. 

Donald was more than just a father; he reveled in the joy that came from being a grandfather to 28 grandchildren and a great-grandfather to 24 great-grandchildren. His memory will be cherished in the hearts of each family member.

Among those who will miss him deeply are his siblings: Steven(Doria) Rideaux, Bernice(Willaim) Curtis, Mark Rideaux, Arnold(Angelique) Rideaux, and David(Katrina) Rideaux. The bond of family was incredibly important to Donald, and he held his loved ones close throughout his life.
