Donald Anthony Betustak, of Chicago, IL and formerly of Hammond, IN, peacefully passed away March 30, 2024 at the age of 83. He is survived by his children Angela Waltman, Valerie Gentry and Michelle (Matthew) Shultz; granddaughters Jasmine Shultz and Lillian Shultz; former spouses Nancy Wagner and Jeani Mellendorf; and brothers and sisters Joseph (Lenore) Betustak, James (Janet) Beustak and Daniel (Steve) Betustak and Dollie Prucnal( the late WIlliam).
Donald was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Angeline Betustak; Ann Marie (the late Andy)Giba, Dorothy (the late Stanley) Chrzanowski; and brothers Anthony Jr. (the late Marilyn) Betustak, Robert (Caroline) and Thomas (the late Lynn).
