Our beloved Denise Smith- Summers has left this world unexpectedly Saturday, May 18th to join her dearly departed family in paradise. Denise truly was an amazing, loving, caring and selfless daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who touched the lives of all those around her. Denise was preceded in death by her father, Robert Smith (Joyce) and step-father, Leon Chambers. Left to cherish her memory are her doting mother, Barbara Chambers, beloved husband, JR Summers, her loving children, Greg Summers (Stephanie), and Kim Marinier (Jason), adoring grandchildren Greggy, Kaylee, Emy, Dominic, Ava and Mason. Dear brothers, Jim Smith (Karen), Tony Smith (Karen), Bobby Smith, and sister, Liz Schultz (Carl). Denise was a loving aunt to many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews and dear friend to many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Denise loved spending time with her family and always enjoyed seeing her grandchildren. She dedicated her life to helping those who needed it the most. She was the most compassionate caregiver to her patients and those in need.

We are all devastated by Denise’s passing and were not prepared for the end of life preparations.

I lieu of flowers, her family is requesting monetary donations in memory of Denise to assist with the cost to provide Denise the celebration of life she deserves, to remember her as the wonderful and kind soul she was and say their last goodbyes.
