Debra D. Gomez, 72, of Elgin, formerly of Evanston and South Holland, transitioned on January 14, 2025. Preceded in death by her two sons, Robert Shawn Gomez and Christopher Gomez. Cherished grandmother of Takiya, Robert and Marcus and great grandmother to one. Adored sister of Sheila (Donald Rush) James, Carol (Kendall) Jackson, Stacey (Tariq) Woods, and the late Sharon Gomez, John Taylor and Bruce Gomez. Fond aunt and friend to many. Services private.
