David Ornelas, age 34, of Wheeling and formerly of Denver, Colorado, at rest May 29, 2021. Beloved son of Leonor de Ornelas and J. Apolinar Ornelas. Loving brother of Jaime, Raul (Carmen), Laura (Jorge), Liliana and Omar (Tanya). Treasured grandson of Apolinar Ornelas and Maria del Refugio Quitanar. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dear nephew, cousin and friend to many.

Visitation to be held Sunday, June 6, 2021 from 3pm-8pm at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 W. Busse Highway, Park Ridge, IL 60068.

Funeral Mass to be held Monday, June 7, 2021 at 10am at Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1170 N. River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016. Interment private.
