Christopher "C.J." Robison

C.J. Robison, 44 of Chicago, formerly of Havana, an amazing human; passed away on June 12, 2017 in Chicago. He was born on July 21, 2017 in Peoria. He is survived by his son Alex Robison of Tucson, Arizona, his mother Ruth and stepfather (Ron) Trimpe of Creve Coeur; two brothers, Joshua Trimpe of Creve Coeur and Justin Trimpe of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; one niece; six nephews; several Aunts, Uncles and many cousins. He was preceded in death by one sister, and grandmothers Barbara Fletcher and Nelda (Mommy) Shore of Havana who raised him. C.J. was a free spirit and not afraid to be himself. He loved to skateboard. He was very witty, intelligent, fun and loved by many. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held for him on July 8, 2:00 pm at Riverfront Park. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. The family requests that those who knew him bring and play some of his favorite music, as well as share some favorite C.J. memories, of which there are many.
