Brian D. Shook, age 51, resided in East Hazel Crest, originally from Sterling, Il., passed away unexpectedly on August 14, 2017. Beloved son of Kay Smith and the late Ronald Shook. Dearest brother of Michael Shook and Kevin Shook. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friend to many.
