Anthony Dubetz, 77, of Chicago, formerly Brooklyn NY, passed away March 29, 2024. Devoted husband of Paulette Dubetz for 41 loving years. Dear brother of Esther. Loving son of the late Anthony and Esther. Dog dad to The Woggins. Being a life long musician, Anthony was a composer, played piano, bass, violin, guitar and even the banjo. He took that love for music and became a music teacher for over 30 years. Throughout his life, Anthony would spend his free time self teaching himself new languages. He could speak fluent Russian, Polish and learned to read in Cyrillic. Before his passing, Anthony's latest language excursion was learning Italian. He was an altruistic individual whose passion for charity work illuminated his character, inspiring others with his dedication to making a positive impact in the community. For his final act of charity, Anthony selflessly donated his body to Gift of Hope, ensuring that even in death, he continued to give the gift of life to those in need. Tony was an avid believer in following the message in one's dreams. He researched the topic and studied Freud and Jung before writing a book on dream interpretation: Easy Dreams: Making Nightmares Pay. It can be found online by looking up his name.
