Andre Hooks

Sunrise:March 30, 1950 Sunset: September 28,2019 Andre Hooks Sr. was born March 30, 1950 to the union of William J. Hooks Sr. and Rachel Chaten. He was baptized at an early age at Land Mark MB church. He attended Posen-Harding elementary school and Bremen H.S. While attending Bremen H.S he met his future wife Audrey Square. They were united in holy Matrimony in 1971 and to this union three children were born. Andre worked at various jobs. He worked as a mechanic at standard gas station back in the day and he also worked at Lincoln Tube in Blue Island. Andre was a very good mechanic he could fix anything and he was also a jokester. Andre's mother Rachel, wife Audrey, brother Michael, father William J. Hooks Sr. and his older brother William J. Hooks Jr. all proceeded him in death. He leaves to cherish his loving memories; his children Marcia (Betsy), Andre Jr., Rafrica, Rachel, and Keisha 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Denise and Gail (James), 3 aunts; Lillian Jones of Chicago, Rose Hooks of Georgia and Cherry Bowens of Detroit, and 3 sister-n-laws; Joan, Phyllis, and Denise all of Chicago, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. Andre take your rest because God loved you best you will truly be missed by everyone who loves you especially by Sisters Denise and Gail, rest in peace.
