William Te-Lai Chan, 79, of Park Ridge, formerly of the northwest side of Chicago and Taiwan, passed on May 25, 2018. Beloved husband of Tammy Chen for 50 years. Loving father of Grace Chan. Dearest grandfather of Amy and Megan. Survived by 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Fond uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Avid Cubs fan, Bulls fan and gardener.
