Araceli Ibarra

Araceli Ibarra, 60, of Chicago passed away April 8, 2020 with her husband by her side. She was born to the late Mario Guillermo and Martha Elena Ortiz on June 8, 1959, in Mexico City. She married Arturo Ibarra in 1981, and lived together for over 30 years in Chicago. Araceli is survived by her husband and two daughters, Andrea Ibarra of Chicago; Lucia Ibarra (Tovar); and Aaron Tovar of Chicago. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; Daniela Delgado, David Walker, Xavier Ibarra, Aaliyah Tovar, Isabel Ibarra, Emma Tovar, Elsa Tovar and Vanessa Ibarra. Araceli was predeceased by her son Arthur Ibarra in 2018. She has always been a caring and immensely loving person. Had a heart of gold and would light up any room she stepped into. Her contagious laugh will deeply be missed but know that she is now in peace. Araceli leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
